We can use this to create and edit information. I think it will work great for us. Instead of everyone compiling their own information we can use this and do it together, and it keeps track of edits, and who edited what.

I watched the second video. (cannot open the first one) and I read the articles. I did some research and read some articles. Most of them are similar talking about the environment and benefits at Google. Here's what I have.

These can be used as resources.I also found some logo pictures we can use for ppt. I'll email to everyone in a minute. You can pick some favourite ones. And I can do the ppt. slides for our presentation, I did some for other classes. It won't take me long. But I'll need everyone's content on the ppt.I was thinking about how we would present. We can have one person handle both the intro. and conclusion, and the other 4 people focus on the benefits. Some of the topics I can think of are, Food, Health Care, Child Care, Unusual Perks, Work-life Balance. Or the person who's doing the intro part could just do a small part of benefit. For conclusion, we could say something about why Google has these unusual perks and the good outcomes for this.
I read over the articles and videos and I think how you described the breakdown is great. It could work. Harj was saying he wants to do intro, so i guess he can the conclusion too. That's let says 2 minutes right there. I think we have to have Food (obviously), 20% work thing, Unusual Perks, and then Family.
Doing this breakdown gives it more broader i think. Let me know what you think
Food: Free Food and Dinner. 11 Cafs. Every employee works within 150 feet of food. Free Snacks.
20%: You can spend 20% of your time at work something you want to do, and you want to pursue at google
Unusual Perks: There's a whole list of them so we dont have to worry about this category.
Family: This one is pretty big in this day and age. We can put child care, 500 voucher for take out food after baby, maternity leave for both parents. And i think they have child care at work so you're kids are technically almost always there.
This is still a lot of information to present, so I think we just need to put together facts.
Also Do you think we need to say anything negative about Google's Benefits?
I think the "An Inside Look at Google - Working at Google" video can be used in presentation. I couldn't open the other link, the first link you put up there. I think the breakdown is good, but I don't know if we have enough info about the 20% work thing you talked about.
And about google channel on youtube, I wasn't saying any specific video. I thought about talking negative things, but only if we have time. We probably should focus on the positive things, and if time permits, we can add another slide. I have two more ideas. If we have time, I thought we could show something for google work environment in other countries. The other idea may be silly. Since they have the PJ day at google, everyone wears PJ. I think maybe instead of wearing a suit on the presentation day, we could wear our pajamas. Haha, just an idea though.

Though growing rapidly, Google still maintains a small company feel. About the Googleplex
Google's world headquarters building is located in Mountain View, California, a stone's throw from the Shoreline Regional Park wetlands. While not all Google offices around the globe are equally well-stocked, these are some of the essential elements that define a Google workspace:
- Piano, lava lamps, and live projection of current search queries from around the world.
- Bicycles and large rubber exercise balls on the floors, press clippings from around the world posted on bulletin boards everywhere. Many Googlers standing around discussing arcane IP addressing issues and how to build a better spam filter.

Toggle and you can see traffic patterns for the entire Internet. Worth a trip to the second floor.
